Ordering

All goods are despatched by recorded surface or airmail - a valid signature will therefore be required by the receiver, upon delivery.

A parcel / packet tracking number will be emailed to the buyer, within 24 hours after they have completed a secure PayPal checkout order.

Wherever possible, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours - orders placed on weekdays will be despatched the following day.

For all orders placed during weekends, or bank and public holiday periods, goods will be shipped / despatched the next full working day.

4thstateaudio cannot be held responsible for postal strikes or other disputes, or any events beyond our control, that could delay goods arriving.

Arrival times depend entirely on your location - typically 3 to 5 days for European destinations - 5 to 10 days in the Americas and remote locations.

Shipping Rates

To keep shipping pricing as simple as possible, a  flat rate  Worldwide pricing structure is used, based on the total value of the goods ordered.

With a small inventory of items, this is a much fairer system - everyone pays exactly the same for postage, no matter where their location may be.

There are no hidden extras - packing is included in the prices - however, any country import duties or taxes, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The table below, shows the 5 fixed postal rate tiers - the total goods value range is shown in the left colums - the fixed price shipping rate, on the right.

Example :

If you purchased just a single revTech 1200 reversing module at £ 37.00,

your shipping total would fall into band B : ( £ 3.01 - £ 45.00 )

You would therefore pay a £4.75 flat rate shipping fee, irrespective of

your geopraphical location - whether this be the UK, Mainland Europe,

USA, Ireland, Brasil, Australia, Japan, Philipines, Taiwan, Africa etc etc...

If you purchased 2 reversing modules, the shipping would be £ 6.85 - band C
